We were proud to complete the full construction works on the renovation of a former priest’s house in Howth, transforming the property into a bright and contemporary family home while retaining its original character.
We worked in collaboration with DBA Architects and the project’s interior designer David Hogan. The build involved the reconfiguration of the existing structure and the construction of a new extension featuring a light filled kitchen, dining and living space. This new space provides stunning views over the landscaped gardens and the coastal surroundings of Howth.
Our scope of works included:
– Full internal reconfiguration and structural alterations to the existing dwelling.
-Construction and integration of a modern rear extension.
-Installation of bespoke glazing to enhance natural light and views.
-Coordination with design teams to achieve high quality interior finishes.
-Landscaping and external works to complement the property’s setting.
