








This project involved transforming a challenging urban plot with a derelict single story commercial unit into a residential block of three townhouses. Despite the minimal space and no room for teleporters or cranes, our team managed to construct a 3 unit residential block comprising of 3 storey residences. This build required a unique back-to-front construction approach due to the narrow site, which measures only 2.4 meters at its narrowest point along Swan Place. These contemporary homes were designed and constructed showcasing an innovative approach to maximizing limited space.
