This commercial and restoration project included extensive repairs and renovations to the building on the corner of St Stephens Green North and Dawson Street including the roof and facades. The scope of work included restoring and enhancing the existing ground floor shop front, as well as repairing and replacing certain elements of the existing render finish on the principal facades spanning the first to fourth floors. All windows on the entire building were replaced.
