This property located in Sandymount underwent extensive renovations. The project involved demolition of a rear single storey pavilion extension and the construction of a new single storey extension in its place. The kitchen and rear extension had their floor levels lowered, and both the pitched roof and the flat roof of the building were re-roofed. Many interior layout changes took place including ensuites, bathrooms and kitchen works. Furthermore, the ‘Aluclad’ windows and uPVC double-glazed windows at the rear and sides, installed in the nineties were replaced. The mechanical and electrical services were upgraded, along with extensive repairs and complete refurbishment throughout the property.
